This regulation may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Cooperative Associations (Port Curtis Co-operative Dairy Association Limited) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Consent to apply for registration under Corporations Law (s 25A of the Act) 2. Consent is given for the Port Curtis Co-operative Dairy Association Limited (the “association” ) to apply to be registered as a corporation under the Corporations Law as required by the association’s special resolution made on 5 August 1994. ˙ Expiry 3.
