2 Primary Producers’ Cooperative Associations (Declaration of Primary Producers) No. 6, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Cooperative Associations (Declaration of Primary Producers) Order 1993 . ˙ Persons declared to be primary producers 2.(1) A person who is an owner of a commercial fishing vessel is declared to be a primary producer for the purposes of the Act. (2) In subsection (1)— “commercial fishing vessel” has the same meaning as in the Fishing Industry Organisation and Marketing Act 1982 . ENDNOTES 1.
