This notice may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Co-operative Associations (Grainco) Notice (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this notice— “Grainco” means Grainco Queensland Co-operative Association Limited; “new object” means the object— (a) approved by the Governor in Council, by an order in council made under section 6(1)(xv) of the Act and published in the Gazette on 9 February 1935 at pages 383 to 384, to be an object for which an association may be formed; and (b) set out in the Schedule; “special resolution” means the special resolution, passed by Grainco on 19 December 1991, adopting the new object. ˙ Approval of special resolution under s.12A of the Act3. The Governor in Council approved of the special resolution on 21 May 1992.

3 Primary Producers’ Co-operative Associations No. 122, 1992 (Grainco) (No. 1) 1992 SCHEDULE · NEW OBJECT section 2 To borrow or raise money in such manner and on such terms and on such security as the association shall think fit, and to secure the repayment thereof by mortgaging or hypothecating the association’s undertaking, property and assets or any part thereof, and in particular by the issue and reissue of any debentures or debenture stock (perpetual or otherwise) charged upon or secured by an assignment of all or any of an association’s property and assets both present and future, including its uncalled capital, and to purchase, redeem or pay off any such securities.
