I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, thePrimary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999 and thePrimary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 .Dated 8 December 1999.

These Regulations are the
Primary Industries Levies, Charges and Collection Regulations (Repeal) 1999 .
These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:
(a) on 1 July 1999 — regulations 1 to 4 and Schedule 1;
(b) on 1 January 2000 — Schedule 2.
Despite the repeal of regulations by Schedule 1 to these Regulations, those regulations (as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1) continue to have effect in relation to levies and charges imposed before the commencement of Schedule 1.

Statutory Rules 1989 No. 251 (being regulations made under the
Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987 and theHorticultural Export Charge Collection Act 1987 ) is repealed.
The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and theHorticultural Levy Collection Act 1987 ) are repealed:• 1988 No. 189
• 1989 Nos. 22, 44 and 345.
The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and theHorticultural Levy Collection Act 1987 ) are repealed:• 1988 No. 188
• 1989 Nos. 42 and 263
• 1990 No. 306.
The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985 ) are repealed:• 1986 Nos. 309 and 321
• 1988 No. 235
• 1991 No. 47
• 1992 No. 442.
The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Oilseeds Levy Act 1977 ) are repealed:• 1986 Nos. 221 and 222
• 1989 No. 248.
The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Coarse Grains Levy Act 1992 and thePrimary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 ) are repealed:• 1992 No. 306
• 1993 Nos. 7, 249 and 316
• 1994 No. 354
• 1999 No. 120.
The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985 and thePrimary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 ) are repealed:• 1991 No. 184

The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and theOilseeds Levy Act 1977 ) are repealed:• 1991 No. 185

The following statutory rules (being regulations made under the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 ) are repealed:• 1991 No. 440

Wheat Levy Act 1989 and thePrimary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 ) are repealed:• 1991 No. 306

Statutory Rules 1999 No. 119 (being regulations made under the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and thePrimary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 ) is repealed.
