Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 April 2006.

Amendment of Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998.

206 Rate of NRS excise levy on pig slaughter

For clause 4 of Schedule 11 to the NRS Excise Levy Act, the NRS excise levy imposed on the slaughter of pigs is 17.5 cents per head.
