 These regulations are the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Amendment Regulations 1998 (No. 3).

2Commencement

• (1)

  Schedule 1 is taken to have commenced on 1 August 1998, immediately after the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998.

• (2)

  The remainder of these regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998

 Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998.

88Rate of NRS excise levy on slaughter of horses (NRS Excise Levy Act, Schedule 8, clause 2)

 For clause 2 of Schedule 8 to the NRS Excise Levy Act, the rate of NRS levy on the slaughter of horses is $2.50 per head.
