Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Wheat) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and the Wheat Industry Fund Levy Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence when Schedule 2 to the National Residue Survey Administration Amendment Act 1998 commences.

Note   That Schedule commences on 3 July 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Wheat) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (What is the sale value of wheat)

3.1   Paragraph 4 (1) (aa):

Omit “Levy Act; and”, substitute “Levy Act; or”.
