Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 3 (To whom must levy or charge be paid?)

2.1   Omit “office of the Department”, substitute “office of the Secretary to the Department”.

3.   Regulation 7 (Orders)

3.1   Omit “these Regulations”, substitute “regulations made under the Act”.

4.   Regulation 8 (Address of the Secretary)

4.1   Omit the regulation, substitute:
