I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999.

1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Repeal Regulations 2000.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 July 2000.

3Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Regulations – repeal

 The following Statutory Rules (being regulations made under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and continued in force under Schedule 15 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999) are repealed:

1991 No. 205

1995 Nos. 121 and 202.

4Saving

 Despite the repeal of the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Regulations by regulation 3, those Regulations (as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations) continue to have effect in relation to levies imposed before the commencement of these Regulations.
