These Regulations are the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Repeal Regulations 2000 .
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2000.
The following Statutory Rules (being regulations made under the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and theHorticultural Levy Act 1987 and continued in force under Schedule 15 to thePrimary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 ) are repealed:• 1991 No. 205
• 1995 Nos. 121 and 202.
Despite the repeal of the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Regulations by regulation 3, those Regulations (as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations) continue to have effect in relation to levies imposed before the commencement of these Regulations.
