Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration relevant recommendations made to the Minister by the Australian Horticultural Corporation and the Horticultural Research and Development Corporation, make the following Regulations under the Horticultural Levy Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nursery Products) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 8 (How much levy is payable?)

3.1   Subregulation 8 (1):

Omit “1.25%”, substitute “3.4%”.

3.2   Subregulation 8 (2):

Omit “1.25%”, substitute “1.6%”.
