Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (National Residue Survey—Livestock Slaughter) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 October 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (National Residue Survey—Livestock Slaughter) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3 (Interpretation)

3.1   Insert the following definition:

“ ‘Collection Act’ means the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991;”.

4.   Regulation 8 (What is the rate of NRS levy for buffaloes?)

4.1   Omit “$5.00 per head.”, substitute “Nil.”.
