Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (National Residue Survey—Horse Slaughter) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Residue Survey (Horse Slaughter) Levy Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1993.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (National Residue Survey—Horse Slaughter) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 9 (What is the rate of NRS levy?)

3.1   Omit “section 9 (2)”, substitute “section 6”.
