Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (National Residue Survey—Game Animals) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and the National Residue Survey (Game Animals) Levy Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (National Residue Survey—Game Animals) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 8 (What is the rate of NRS levy payable on goats?)

3.1   Omit “19 cents”, substitute “3 cents”.
