Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nashi) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister by the Australian Horticultural Corporation and the Horticultural Research and Development Corporation, make the following Regulations under the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 January 1996.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Nashi) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1 (Rate of levy)

3.1   Omit the Schedule, substitute:
