Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Macadamia Nut) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration relevant recommendations made to the Minister by the Horticultural Research and Development Corporation, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 January 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Macadamia Nut) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 13 (What is the rate of levy?)

3.1   Subregulation 13 (2):

Omit “1 cent”, substitute “2 cents”.

4.   Regulation 14 (What is the rate of export charge?)

4.1   Subregulation 14 (2):

Omit “1 cent”, substitute “2 cents”.
