Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Horticultural Export Charge) Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration relevant recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Horticultural Research and Development Corporation, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 October 1991.

 

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Horticultural Export Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  

3.   Schedule 2 (Rate of charge)

3.1   Omit the Schedule, substitute:

 and regulation 6
