Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Horticultural Export Charge) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration the
recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy
by the Horticultural Research and Development Corporation, make the following
Regulations under the

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 January 1992.
2.1 The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Horticultural Export Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Paragraph 5 (a):
Omit “class”, substitute “classes”.
3.2 Paragraph 5 (b):
Omit “Schedule 2—”, substitute “Schedule 2 is”.
4.1 Paragraph 6 (1) (a):
Omit “90% of the rate specified in”, substitute “the rate specified in Column 3 of”.
4.2 Paragraph 6 (1) (b):
Omit “10% of the rate specified in”, substitute “the rate specified in Column 4 of”.
5.1 Omit the Schedule, substitute:
