Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Grain Legumes) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 and the Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985.

1.   Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence when Schedule 2 to the National Residue Survey Administration Amendment Act 1998 commences.

Note   That Schedule commences on 3 July 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Grain Legumes) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3B (What is the value of leviable grain legumes)

3.1   Paragraph 3B (1) (a):

Omit “grain legumes; or”, substitute “grain legumes; and”.
