Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Dried Vine Fruits) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendation made to the Minister by the Australian Dried Fruits Board, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 January 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Dried Vine Fruits) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 13 (What is the rate of levy?)

3.1 Omit “1 January 1992”, substitute “1 January 1995”.

3.2 Omit “$19”, substitute “$15”.

4.   Regulation 14 (What is the rate of charge?)

4.1 Omit “1 January 1992”, substitute “1 January 1995”.

4.2 Omit “$19”, substitute “$15”.
