Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Custard Apples) Regulations2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 February 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Custard Apples) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 9 (What is the rate of levy?)

3.1   Paragraph 9 (a):

Omit “14 cents”, substitute “20 cents”.

3.2   Paragraph 9 (c):

Omit “$20”, substitute “$25”.

4.   Regulation 10 (What is the rate of export charge?)

4.1   Paragraph 10 (a):

Omit “14 cents”, substitute “20 cents”.

4.2   Paragraph 10 (c):

Omit “$20”, substitute “$25”.
