1. Name of regulations

These regulations are the Primary Industries Levies and

Charges Collection (Coarse Grains) Amendment Regulations 1

1999 (No. ) .

2                Commencement

These regulations commence as follows:

(a)	on 1 July 1999 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b)	on 1 October 1999 — Schedule 2.

3 Amendment of Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Coarse Grains) Regulations

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Primary Industries Levies and
Charges Collection (Coarse Grains) Regulations.

Excise Levies Act means the Primary	Industries
(Excise) Levies Act 1999.

[2]          Regulation 4, definition of levy and Levy Act

levy means levy imposed under:

(a)	the old Levy Act; or
(b)	Schedule 4 to the Excise Levies Act.

[3]          Regulation 4, after the definition of oat grain

insert

old Levy Act means the Coarse Grains Levy Act 1992.

[4]          Regulation 4, after the definition of triticale grain

insert

value means sale value as defined in Part 2 of the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Regulations 1999.
