Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Citrus) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having considered the recommendations made to the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy by the Horticultural Research and Development Corporation, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Citrus) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 8 (Eligible industry body)

3.1   Subregulations 8 (1) and (2):

Omit “Australian Citrus Growers’ Federation.”, substitute “Australian Citrus Growers Incorporated.”.

4.   Regulation 16 (What must be included in a monthly return?)

4.1   Paragraph 16 (3) (d):

Omit “paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii);”, substitute “paragraphs (a), (b) and (c);”.

5.   Schedule 1 (Rate of levy)

5.1   Omit the Schedule, substitute:
