Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999 , thePrimary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 and thePrimary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 .Dated 21 June 2000

These Regulations are the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Buffalo, Cattle and Live-stock) Repeal Regulations 2000 .
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2000.
The following Statutory Rules (being regulations made under the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991 , theBeef Production Levy Act 1990 , theCattle (Exporters) Export Charge Act 1997 , theCattle Transactions Levy Act 1997 , theLive-stock (Exporters) Export Charge Act 1997 , theLive-stock (Producers) Export Charges Act 1997 , theLive-stock Slaughter (Processors) Levy Act 1997 , theLive‑stock Transactions Levy Act 1997 , theNational Residue Survey (Sheep, Lambs and Goats Export) Levy Act 1997 and theNational Residue Survey (Sheep, Lambs and Goats Transactions) Levy Act 1997 , and continued in force under Schedules 2, 11 and 12 of thePrimary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999 and Schedules 1, 3, 17 and 18 of thePrimary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 ) are repealed:• 1998 Nos. 106, 126, 181 and 254
• 1999 Nos. 23, 180 and 327.
Despite the repeal of the
Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Buffalo, Cattle and Live-stock) Regulations 1998 by regulation 3, those Regulations (as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations) continue to have effect in relation to levies and charges imposed before the commencement of these Regulations.
