Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Avocado) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, the Horticultural Levy Act 1987 and the Horticultural Export Charge Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection (Avocado) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 10A (Rates of levy for Horticultural Research and Development Corporation)

3.1   Paragraph 10A (a):

Omit “$10.00”, substitute “$13.33”.

3.2   Paragraph 10A (b):

Omit “6 cents”, substitute “8 cents”.

4.   Regulation 11A (Rates of export charge for Horticultural Research and Development Corporation)

4.1   Paragraph 11A (a):

Omit “$10.00”, substitute “$13.33”.

4.2   Paragraph 11A (b):

Omit “6 cents”, substitute “8 cents”.
