1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 3).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.

3Amendment of Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations 1991

Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Regulations 1991.

[1]Schedule 25, clause 2, definition of charge, paragraph (b)

substitute

  1. (b)

    EADR charge imposed on the export of sheep, lambs and goats by clause 5 of Schedule 12 to the Customs Charges Regulations.

[2]Schedule 27, clause 2, definition of levy, paragraph (b)

substitute

  1. (b)

    EADR levy imposed on sheep, lamb and goat transactions by clause 7 of Schedule 18 to the Excise Levies Regulations.
