This instrument is the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Amendment (Rice) Regulations 2020.

Schedule 1Amendments

Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999

Paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 23

After “on or after 1 January 2009”, insert “and before 1 July 2020”.

At the end of clause 2 of Schedule 23

Add:

  1. ; and (c)

    on or after 1 July 2020—$5.94 per tonne of rice.
