1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 7).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, at the end of 30 November 2006.

1. Amendment of Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999

Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999.
