1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999

Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999.

6.6Cessation of effect of Part

This Part ceases to have effect at the end of 31 December 2007.

Note This clause may be amended at any time before 31 December 2007 to change this date. For example, if the financial requirements of the Commonwealth Government’s Sugar Industry Reform Program are met before this date, this clause will be amended to ensure that this Part ceases to have effect on an earlier date.
