  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 October 2011.

  1. Amendment of Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000.

(regulation 5)

  1. Rate of charge

For paragraph 3 (1) (a) of Schedule 5 to the Customs Charges Act, the amount per head of live deer is $5.

Schedule 6          Deer velvet

(regulation 5)

  1. Rate of charge

For paragraph 3 (1) (a) of Schedule 6 to the Customs Charges Act, the percentage of the declared value of deer velvet is 1%.
