Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 4).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000.

Application

The amendment made by Schedule 1 applies on and after the first day of the first month after these Regulations are registered.
