s1 2 s3 Primary Industries and Other Legislation Amendment No. 222, 2004 (Postponement) Regulation 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Primary Industries and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2004 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 6 November 2005. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the PrimaryIndustriesandOtherLegislationAmendmentAct2003 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 8 November 2005.
