Further to proceedings before Fair Work Australia on 12 February 2010, the application for approval of the Priggs Plumbing Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement is dismissed as the requirements of ss.180(1) and (3) and s.181(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) regarding the making of an enterprise agreement were not complied with.
