I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 5 of Schedule 1 to the Prickly Pear Act 1987, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 May 1990 as the day on which that clause ceases to have effect.
