PRICES REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT.

An Act to amend the Prices Regulation Act,

1948, in certain respects; and for purposes ’ —

11 by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 .(1 ) This Act may be cited as the “ Prices Eegulation Short title

(Amendment) Act, 1949.”

2 . The Prices Eegulation Act, 1948, is amended—
