AN ACT to continue the operation of the Prices

Control Act, 1948-1949.

[Assented to 29th November, 1950.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Prices Control Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Prices Control Act, 1948 (Act No. 3 of 1948 as amended by Act No. 23 of 1949), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment 3.

Section eighteen of the principal Act is

amended by substituting for the word, "fifty" in line

three, the word, "fifty-one".
