AN ACT to continue the operation of the Prices

Control Act, 1948.

[Assented to 22nd October, 1949.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Prices Control Act

Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1949, and shall be read

as one with the Prices Control Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948),

hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Citation of

Principal Act	2.	The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
as amended

by this Act.	cited as the Prices Control Act, 1948-1949.
Amendment

of s. 18. 3. Section eighteen of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for the word "forty-nine" in line three,

the word "fifty."
