AN ACT to amend the Prices Control Act,

1948-1950.

[Assented to 20th December, 1951.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, and by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Prices Control Act Amendment Act (No. 2), 1951, and shall be read as one with the Prices Control Act, 1948-1950 (Act No. 3 of 1948, as continued by Acts Nos. 23 of 1949 and 19 of 1950), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. Short title.

3. Section sixteen of the principal Act is Amendment of s. 16.

amended —

(a) by deleting the words, "one hundred" in line two of paragraph (a) of subsection (3) and substituting therefor the words, "two

hundred";

(b) by deleting the words, "five hundred" in line two of paragraph (b) of subsection (3) and substituting therefor the words, "seven hundred and fifty".
