1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Fees) Variation Regulations 2007.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2007.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulations 2000

4—Substitution of Schedule 1

Schedule 1—delete the Schedule and substitute:

Application for licence or renewal of licence under Part 4 of the Act (Teaching and research involving animals)
