The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase prescribed fees in relation to rodeo permits, rodeo school permits, scientific establishment licences and breeding establishment licences.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 16, 26,
29 and 42 of the Prevention of Cruelty to

Animals Act 1986.

3. Fees

The 1Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Regulations 1986 are amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 8(1)(b)—

(i) for "$44.50" substitute "$46.70"; and (ii) for "$22.20" substitute "$23.30"; and

(b) in regulation 9(1)(b), for "$24.50" substitute "$25.70"; and

(c) in regulation 15—

(i)  in paragraph (a), for "$178.50" substitute "$187.40"; and

(ii)  in paragraph (b), for "$18.90" substitute "$19.85"; and

(iii)  in paragraph (c), for "$102.90" substitute "$108.05"; and

(iv)  in paragraph (d), for "$18.90" substitute "$19.85".
