The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to correct a
reference in regulation 7 of the Prevention of

Cruelty to Animals Regulations 19861.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 19 and
42 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act

1986.

3. Identification certificates

In regulation 7(2) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulations 1986 for "19(2)" substitute "19(1)".
