An Ordinance to amend the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance 1959
Short title
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1
Exceptions
2. Section 7 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance 19592 is amended by omitting from paragraph (c) “of State for Health” (wherever occurring).
