lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New Soutli

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title 1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the “ Prevention of

(2) The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1901, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1901-1951.

2 . The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1901,

as amended by subsequent Acts, is amended by omitting 1901, s.'g.

section nine.
