I, MATHIAS HUBERT PAUL CORMANN, Minister for Finance, make this Determination under subsection 6(1) of the Superannuation Benefits (Supervisory Mechanisms) Act 1990.

Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Amendment to Prescribed Requirements Determination No. 1 of 1999
Schedule 1 to this Determination amends the Prescribed Requirements Determination No. 1 of 1999.

1. Amendments to Schedule 1 to the Prescribed Requirements Determination No. 1 of 1999
Omit
“(e) reporting requirements under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 in relation to remuneration (including superannuation) are complied with.”
Paragraph (d), after “termination of employment” delete “; and” insert “.”
Paragraph (c), after “employing agency;” insert “and”
2. Amendments to Schedule 2 to the Prescribed Requirements Determination No. 1 of 1999
Omit
“1. The holder of an office referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of “office of Secretary” in sub-section 7(1) of the Public Service Act 1922.”
substitute
“1. A person occupying the position of “Secretary” as defined in section 7 of the Public Service Act 1999.”
