1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration may be cited as the Prescribed Private Fund Declaration 2009.

1. Commencement

This Declaration commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

The trust funds included in the following table are declared to be prescribed private funds from the dates set out in the table until 1 October 2009.
