I, WARREN ERROL TRUSS, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make these Orders under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations 1982.

  1. Name of Orders

These Orders are the Prescribed Goods (General) Amendment Orders 2004 (No. 4).

  1. Commencement

These Orders commence on 1 December 2004.

  1. Amendment of Prescribed Goods (General) Orders 1985

Schedule 1 amends the Prescribed Goods (General) Orders 1985.

For the purposes of the definition of official mark in section 3 of the Act, each of the following is declared to be an official mark:

(a)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 1;

(b)a stamp that applies that mark;

(c)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 2;

(d)a stamp that applies that mark

(e)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 3;

(f)a stamp that applies that mark;

(g)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 4;

(h)a stamp that applies that mark;

(i)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 5;

(j)a stamp that applies that mark;

(k)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 6;

(l)a stamp that applies that mark;

(m)a seal of the design set out in Schedule 7;

(n)a seal of the design set out in Schedule 8;

(o)a seal of the design set out in Schedule 9;

(p)a seal of the design set out in Schedule 10;

(q)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 11;

(r)a stamp that applies that mark;

(s)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 12;

(t)a stamp that applies that mark;

(u)a mark of the design set out in Schedule 12A;

(v)a stamp that applies that mark.

  1. Design of mark

Subject to clauses 2 and 3, the design of the official mark referred to in paragraph 87 (u) is as follows (with XXXX replaced by a number identifying the office to which the stamp that applied the mark was allocated):

  1. Size of mark

The dimensions of the mark are to be as follows:

(a)inner width, 37 mm;

(b)outer width, 38 mm.

  1. Lettering in mark

The letters are to be in 9 point Helvetica Bold.
