PREMIUM PROPERTY TAX ACT 1998 NO 79—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Premium Property Tax Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 August 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
