Application for approval of the BCP Precast Warnervale Enterprise Agreement 2021.
Precast Civil Industries Pty Ltd T/A BCP Precast has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the BCP Precast Warnervale Enterprise Agreement 2021 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 29 June 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 16 July 2024.
The Agreement covers The Australian Workers’ Union.
