Powers of Attorney (Fees) Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Powers of Attorney Act 2000 .26 March 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Powers of Attorney (Fees) Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 4 April 2001. 3InterpretationIn these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears – Act means the Powers of Attorney Act 2000 ; fee units means fee units within the meaning of the Fee Units Act 1997 . 4FeesThe fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees that are payable to the Recorder for the purposes of the Act. On lodgment of a power of attorney

On application to search an index, power of attorney or other instrument

On application or request for a photographic copy of a power of attorney or other instrument, if a fee has not been paid under item 2

4. 

On an application referred to in item 2 or 3 where a copy certified by the Recorder is requested, whether or not a fee has been paid under item 2

5. 

On lodgment of any other instrument for which a fee is not otherwise provided
