POUNDS REGULATIONS

Regulations under the Pounds Act

1. Citation

   These Regulations may be cited as the Pounds Regulations.  (See back note 1)

2. Poundage fees

   The poundage fees payable for impounding cattle, other than sucklings under the age of 6 months, are the fees set out in the Schedule.
   

THE SCHEDULE

Regulation 2

POUNDAGE FEES PAYABLE FOR IMPOUNDING CATTLE, OTHER THAN SUCKLINGS UNDER THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS

Fees for the first day or Part thereof	Fees for each subsequent day or part thereof

For every entire horse, mule,  ass, camel, bull or boar above  or apparently above the age of 2 years	6.00	0.50
For every entire horse, mule, ass, camel, bull or boar under or apparently under the age of 2 years	3.00	0.25
For every mare, gelding, colt, filly, foal, ox, cow, steer, heifer, calf, ram or pig (other than a boar)	2.00	0.10
For every wether, ewe, lamb or goat	0.50	0.10 ____________________________
