Pounds Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Pounds Ordinance 1928.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

Register of brands

2. Regulation 15 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "prescribed fees" and substituting "appropriate fee payable under the Ordinance".

Inquiries by post

3. Regulation 25 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting

"prescribed fee" and substituting "fee payable under the Ordinance".

Repeal

4. Regulations 4 to 11 (inclusive) of the Pounds Regulations are repealed.
